Hire our sensational new, mobile coffee bar! The beautiful chrome-wrapped rectangular base is adorned with a stunning LED light box with interchangeable colour patterns. It’s finished with a top of the range, bespoke Elektra coffee machine and commercial grinder.

Experienced, uniformed baristas serve our award-winning coffee in a range of styles in sophisticated, bespoke, ceramic black and chrome cups.

Our luxurious espresso beans, sourced from Ayarza Farm in Santa Rosa, Guatemala are supplied by our trusted friends at Assembly whose fabulous roastery is just a stone’s throw away from our very own base here in Battersea. Their beans are described as having notes of ‘chocolate and apricot with a hint of silky lemon’ – all we know is, it’s totally delicious!

Included in our daily hire rate are 250 servings and two experienced baristas! Additional servings are priced at just £4.00 + VAT.

We also serve delightfully refreshing teas which are supplied by Hampstead Teas and include English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Green Tea, Camomile and Peppermint. We also make a sensational hot chocolate, which includes mini marshmallows and spray cream!

We offer a range of milk, including full fat, semi-skimmed, and oat. Artisan Decaf coffee is also available.

If you’re hiring our mobile coffee stand you should also consider taking our amazing coffee printing machine! Extremely popular in this media crazy age. We can print logos, messages and even selfies on top of your beverages live at an event. Instagram-tastic!

We have worked with IdeasBox on a handful of events now and can confirm they are the best at what they do. Whether you want hotdogs, crepes or even a cheese trike, they can do it all! They've catered at our events for 1,700+ attendees and the quality is always incredible! Very yummy food. We booked the Espresso Stand for a client's event at the Nike Store on Kings Road and everything about it was fantastic.
The staff were smart, helpful, on time and super flexible with timings. Basically anything we threw at them they excelled with.
The coffees were beautifully made and tasted fantastic.
They did absolutely everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smart, professional and stress free coffee service!

I am a wedding and event planner and working with Ideas Box always feels like sprinkling magic into an event.

Ideas Box bring a kind of fun that is effortless yet unforgettable. Their food and drink tricycles and mobile carts turn service into spectacle. Whether it is a gourmet crepes bike, an ice cream cart or a chic mobile coffee station, they transform even the smallest corner into something alive and joyous.

What sets them apart is how easy they make it for me and my clients. They listen carefully to a brief and then inject their own clever ideas to elevate it. They never overpromise and they always deliver. On event day they arrive bright, confident, and precise. The atmosphere shifts the moment one of their carts rolls in.

Colour, movement, and flavour. Ideas Box bring all three in perfect harmony. In a sea of suppliers that can feel formulaic, Harvey and his team remain refreshingly original. For me, knowing they are part of any event gives peace of mind.
